Returns & Exchanges

At ALC Dance Studios, we want you to feel confident in your performance gear; if you are not completely satisfied, we offer returns or exchanges on unworn items within 30 days of purchase. Please ensure all original tags remain attached and the fabric shows no signs of stage makeup or wear.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your ALC account and select the 'Order History' tab to choose the specific dancewear items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Package Your Gear

  Place the unused items back in their original packaging, ensuring that shoe boxes are protected and all leotards have their hygienic liners intact.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your confirmation email to the outside of your parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return for studio-standard condition, we will process your refund or ship your new exchange items within 5-7 business days.
